100% Offline by Design

VitalNadi is designed to work completely offline. All your health data, family profile data, and insurance data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. No data is ever transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal health information, family profile data, or insurance information on any server. VitalNadi has no backend, no database, and no API that receives your data. Your data stays on your device, period.

No Analytics

VitalNadi does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or usage monitoring tools. We have no way to know how you use the app, and we prefer it that way.

No Third-Party Sharing

Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data because we simply do not have access to it.

Data Storage & Encryption

All health data, family profile data, and insurance data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. Your data is protected by:

• PIN protection with auto-lock
• AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data
• WebCrypto API for secure key derivation
• No cloud backup — your data never leaves your device
• Per-profile data isolation for family members

Family Profile Data

VitalNadi supports multiple family profiles (self, father, mother, spouse, child, other). Each profile's health data, insurance policies, documents, and emergency health card information is stored separately and isolated from other profiles. This data remains on your device and is never shared externally.

Insurance Data

Insurance policy details, claim documents, and renewal information you enter are stored locally on your device. This sensitive financial data is treated with the same privacy protections as your health data and is never transmitted externally.

Your Responsibility

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We recommend using the built-in backup export feature regularly. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your health records, family profile data, and insurance information will be permanently deleted.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page. Since VitalNadi is offline-first, any policy changes would come with an app update that you choose to install.
